- Time Frame: Customers must request a refund within 3 days of receiving the dress. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required to process your refund.
Non-Refundable Charges
- Courier Charges: The cost of shipping is non-refundable. Only the price of the dress will be refunded.
Refund Process
- Initiate a Refund: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer service team at info@theeliteemporium.com within 3 days of receiving your dress. Provide your order number and details about the product you wish to return.
- Approval and Return Instructions: Once your refund request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your dress. Please ensure that the dress is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit.
- Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving your returned dress, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Refund Issuance: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Important Notes
- Damage During Return Shipping: Hoor Style is not responsible for any damage that occurs during the return shipping process. It is recommended to use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance.
- Custom-Made Dresses: Due to the personalized nature of custom-made dresses, refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Please contact our customer service team for more information.
